  • By far the worst experience I have ever had in a Victoria's Secret store! Normally when I walk through the door I am greeted by about 5 people and am helped throughout the store. I walked in and not one person said anything. So then I started walking around looking at everything and NOT ONE person helped me at all! I have never in my life walked through Victoria's Secret and never been helped before. It was seriously like I was not even there. I honestly don't know if I will return to this store again, the drive to the Fashion Show mall is well worth the customer service you receive there. It really is disappointing that one store can put such a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully they can work on their customer service so no one else has an experience like I did!
