  • Just one word...RUDE! We decided to rip out our front grass and redo the entire front yard (although leaving some existing bushes and trees closest to the house), both sides of the driveway, with desert landscaping. We also were ripping out the concrete sidewalk and driveway and replacing with stamped - in other words, spending big bucks on this project. We called out a few companies to give us quotes on the landscaping project - we had already drawn up a plan on Powerpoint and just needed a quote for the work to be done. "Associate Design Consultant" Nick Volpone showed up to give us a quote and we briefly explained that we were redoing the yard. Without asking any questions, the very FIRST thing out of his mouth was "Well I don't see anything here worth saving". How RUDE! He completely dismissed any existing foliage, didn't bother to ask what our complete plan was and immediately berated what we did have - all within 2 minutes of meeting us. Needless to say, we told him there wasn't anything further to talk about and we walked back in the house and that was it. He was here less than 3 minutes.
