DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!
I saw a queen bed-frame on Facebook marketplace on 6/14/2017 for $299 so I went in and bought in via credit card. I was told that the shipment would be in on Thursday 6/22 and will be delivered on Friday. This did not happen. I called and checked on the order, I was told that the order will be put in on Monday 6/26. Right here is where I started to feel that something is wrong because the I was being told different things by employees. Another bad vibe was that each day, the bed frame was being advertised on Facebook market place for different prices such as $249 and $259 but I paid $299. To be fair on this review, I called and asked to get the advertised price of $259 and they were kind enough to adjust but the next day it was $249. I did not call to get that adjustment. Instead, I went in to get my money back and take my business elsewhere. I went in to get a refund since no merchandise was exchanged, but was told there is no refund. I insisted that no merchandise was given to me and was not getting ordered until Monday. The employee proceeded to state that it was ordered already but will go through on Monday. She then proceeded to say she will refund me but will charge me 6% credit card convenience fee. FYI to all consumers that anything over 4% convenience fee is fraudulent. I did not put up a fight, I let them charge me the 6% when I purchased and 6% when they refunded. The $45 something was a lesson learned and a cheap price to pay to get my $289 back. Please learn from my mistake and do not take your business here. The staff will post stuff on Facebook but do not fall for it.
