  • I've been here several times before, usually to watch soccer. on this night i joined some other AZ United fans to watch an away match. the atmosphere is splendid. the historic home in which it's located gives a unique feel & creates several small areas for groups, including 1 room with a pool table. if you're just here for beer, you can begin imbibing quicker via the bar tender you will see immediately upon walking in. the draft selection is on a chalkboard to the right of the bar. there's a nice rotating selection of mainly AZ based brews. a plus in my book. i ordered the 3 chili turkey burger on a whim. I need to follow those more often. it was surprisingly perfect. avocado, green chili, & pepper jack cheese made for a wonderfully spicy dinner. the service is good & the owner is frequently at R&C to lend a helping hand.
