  • Just picked up my 3 items. Two pairs of jeans to be hemmed and a sweater for dry cleaning. The bill was less than I expected, and I find out they didn't hem the pants AND were trying to charge me for cleaning them. The pants were folded and pinned with a safety pin. You could see it from across the store, so I have no idea how this was overlooked. I will not be returning, and I will go back to my previous dry cleaner even though it's farther from home. I am leaving for a trip tomorrow, so I won't be able to wear the new jeans I bought specifically for this trip. I will need to find a RELIABLE place for my alterations when I get back.
