  • Sunglow Bakery might get lost in the crowd of Bloor West Village bakeries, but it's been around for a while for a reason. They still bake good stuff here, even if the store may not look as slick as neighbouring competition like Bread & Roses. My favourite at Sunglow has always been the sweet stuff, like cookies (though the bread is fine too). I've got a lot of fond memories of devouring their tasty gingerbread men (painted like the latest superheroes and cartoon characters) as a kid.
