  • My friend and I went in for mani-pedis today ahead of my friend's daughter's wedding events. What a disaster. I asked for a gel polish and the service provider had to redo my toenails because she initially did a standard polish instead. The salon was understaffed so my friend and I had the same service provider. So at this point we're already behind schedule and looking at a long time. When it was time for paraffin on our hands, we each had to just stand around by the sink to get the paraffin and gloves put on. My friend's experience once she got started was terrible. Her manicure looks like a 12 year old did it and the manicurist had to fix a smeared mess on her big toe that my friend didn't even find until she sat at the dryer. All in we were there for over 2 and 1/2 hours. If I could choose less than one star I would. First and last time for this place.
