I went into this Sprint store last weekend to upgrade my iPhone. I had done the majority of the upgrade online and just needed to pick up the phone in the store. The staff in this store is horrendous. Keith, the associate that helped me was extremely rude and he acted as though he did not want to be there. Keith also reset/restored my entire phone so I lost everything. I am 1000 percent sure they can hire better associates to work in this sprint store. The customer service sucks big time. If sprint allows these type of employees to work for them with this many negative reviews, it really says a lot about the company. If I could give zero stars I would have.
