  • The absolute worst bunch of worthless creeps in the rental world. Months pass before they fix anything. They rent filthy units equipped with appliances that look like they were purchased at a junkyard. Mold, dirt, broken doors, no window screens, leaky doors and windows, paint mismatched and more. But when you move out, they will nickel and dime you to death over every little detail - two neighbors recently vacated units mismanaged by City. My washer/dryer had a short in it they refused to fix. Then it caught fire. Faxed them the move in check list twice and they still couldn't find it. Looking into filing under the state slum lord laws for relief. Don't walk... run from these people. If Yelp would let me post ZERO stars, I would.
