  • Had the WORST guy at the Men's shoe department "help" me. I had an online return of unworn shoes and when I walked into the store THREE associates turned their back to help me as I held a young child and two boxes of shoes that didn't fit my husband. They of course are commissioned based and treat you as such. If you want a good shopping experience go somewhere else. They are some of the worst because they're commissioned based.
