setting up an appointment was simple, no special instructions given. We show up and first thing she asks is did I eat any sugar to wake the baby, I say a little but wasn't aware I needed to do so. Also let her know my baby had been moving so we thought it would be good. Mind you this is my second pregnancy and about 20th 3D/4D ultrasound so i kinda know how it goes. We talk into the room and it's a hard uncomfortable table, not like which I'm used to with these ultrasounds. Anyways I lay back and she starts the ultrasound and about 30 seconds in stops and says he isn't in the right position and to go get Starbucks and come back, literally. Although we could totally see the entire side of his face. So trying to make the best of it we go get Starbucks and I chug it and we walk back, he was defiantly moving. We get back in the room I lay down and he is in the same position. For 30 mins she literally kept the machine in one spot on my belly, took 20 photos of his check.. No feet, no hand, no nothing. She just seemed to not know what she was doing.. Kept asking if I wanted to walk around. No! I'd like her to move the machine around like all the other ultrasound technicians do! After forever of me being uncomfortable and miserable during what is supposed to be a beautiful experience she tells me to go ahead and come back in a few days. After this experience NO I will defiantly not waste my time coming back.
Side note this place seriously needs to get a comfortable chair for the clients, every other 3d place has a luxury sofa bed, this was a hard doctor table!!!
