Up until this point, I had no problems with Republic Services. So I received my bill yesterday and went online to pay. Well, little did I know I wouldn't be able to because I am out of the country and access is blocked. So I emailed to notify them and they informed me I should CALL their number. Why would I pay $6 per minute to be placed on hold? Hello it is 2018, at least include the billing address in the email so payment can be sent with Bill pay from the bank. The funny part of this is I have no problem taking my trash for one to the dump myself and cancel. Hello...most rural places do that and it's no big deal. If I can't trust them with a simple payment, why I would I consent to automatic bill pay? Trust no one.
