  • This place has a spectacular view and ambience. And being part of the Nelligan, it has style and cachet. Unfortunately, unlike the other restaurants in the Nelligan, the staff seem overwhelmed. I had instant service from the maitre D' to find me a seat (great) and then waited for 20 minutes to be served at the bar. At the end of the night when I asked for my cheque, it was delivered with no customer contact at all... I was handed a machine by the young lady and had to navigate the vendor menus before getting to mine while she was busy doing other things. The food here is not bad, and in my past visits the service has been earnest if strained, but tonight it was simply inadequate.
