We enjoyed our stay here as we went to the Cleveland Clinic, which you can access by walkway directly from the hotel. The staff was really great: they were all friendly, the valets had our car ready by the time we got to the lobby, and the Club level (which is worth paying for) had great snacks and drinks.
It was the club lounge that really impressed me the most: there was a woman there named Antoinette, and watching her interact with the guests was a real treat. I saw her dole out hugs, remember names, and ask guests specific questions obviously based on past discussions. It's employees like these that really help a place stick in the mind. She was great.
Our biggest complaint was the restaurant, Table 45. For being almost completely empty when we went, it was slow and expensive: over $100 after tip for a steak entree, chicken entree, and no alcohol.
