  • I enjoyed the intro class, but after I've used the sessions on my Groupon, I'll probably look for another aerial studio. The cancellation policy is 48 hours and the reminder email comes after it's too late to cancel. That just left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up working late one day and had to lose the session because if the cancellation policy. No flexibility or forgiveness when life happens.
