  • I don't know what happened to this place since July but it has gone to hell. Service was slow and our waitress was never to be seen. We saw her twice - when she got our drink order and when it was time to pay the check. They weren't as busy as our last visit by a long shot so I can't even give them the benefit of the doubt there. Our drinks all ran dry - probably in part to the dry food. No refills were offered or available since the staff all seemed to be hiding in the back. Our food was average, but cost was high. The full monty was more bread than sandwich. Sauce was lacking. The frozen hot chocolate (our reason for coming) was neither frozen nor really chocolate. It was all cream. Literally 2/3rds of the cup was just cream. Not worth the 12 bucks. I'll go buy a can of ready whip for 3 bucks next time. I'd wanted to see the manager but a manager never came to see us and since we were in a bit of a hurry to drive back to Arizona, i wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes like we had to do to pay.
