  • I went to this place yesterday....I have been here at least 3 times before (loved it- would have given it at least 4 stars) BUT this time the experience was terrible & PAINFUL!!!! The girl cut me with the thread at least 10x's (its more evident this morning). They should make sure that they have experienced staff before leaving them alone to work. I felt bad when I left as I should have told her that in the 3 years if had my eyes brows threaded this was the MOST PAINFUL!!! I also felt bad for not saying anything as there was another lady waiting....I really hope she didn't have a bad experience also!! Just FYI----my eyebrows did look good, i will go back; but if that girl is work I won't stay!
