  • I've been to Rula Bula a few times, most recently for Happy Hour. They have some decent HH specials--discounted appetizers and drinks. The food has always been good at Rula Bula, and the service friendly. As far as atmosphere, you can't ask for anything better than an authentically imported Irish bar. Well, you could ask for an authentically imported Irish beer too...but they have you covered in that aspect as well.
