  • I was referred by a friend to this facility and I was excited to be under the care of dr Christy. When u met her she was warm and pleasant. However she doesn't take her time with her patients and she seems to be always in rush. The second appointment I had with her, it took over half an hour to see me and she didn't really bother to answer any of my questions in details to help me understand. Most of them were just yes and no's or they're normal and ok. Nothing to help me understand. Doesn't call back when she said she would, to go over test results. I had to call them almost a week later to give them ample amount of time. And she didn't even go through the test results with me. It was her receptionist who did and only told me "it's good". It's good? What doesn't that even mean? I mean can you give me a little detail? I was told I could pick up copies of my test results in person and when I went to pick up test results I was told they only do it by appt. I was told differently over the phone. Just such an unprofessional way to handle patients. I'm very disappointed with this facility. Never coming back here again. Save your time and money and go to someone who can better take care of you any take their time to answer all of your questions without being rushed.
