  • I was charged $40 for a roundtrip, I wasnt informed its not refundable if I cancel my shuttle. So i took one trip to my hotel from the airport I decided to cancel the shuttle back to the airport and take a lyft because it is way cheaper I called the shuttle to cancel and asked if i would be refunded the lady said I was only charged $20 so im thinking ok i was refunded the other $20 nope! I looked at my bank statement when i got home and supershuttle charged me $40!! So i called and the lady told me the whole trip is non refundable and it says it on the receipt. Well i should of been informed when purchasing the tickets but of course they wont tell you that because thats how they get you hella sneaky!! I will NEVER use their service again!!! $40 for a 5 min ride man thats nuts! Next time I will use lyft at least I know what im getting into with lyft. So just a warning everyone DO NOT use supershuttle beware they are sneaky and overpriced!!!!!
