Went to UMC Quick Care last night to have my son and I looked at due to severe congestion and terrible headaches. The front office staff were very friendly while registering. The nurse that took us into the triage room was rude and didn't seem to be listening to our symptoms. The PA was so nice and took the time to explain all the medications that she was providing and what else we could take that would be safe with the antibiotics. The nurse that discharged us woke up my son who was sleeping on the table by shaking his foot and saying "you need to wake up and go." umm thanks but I can wake him up. I asked her if I could go into work the next day and her reply was, "well why couldn't you?" to which I responded "I didn't know if I need to be on antibiotics for 24 hrs or not before returning to work." she then looked at my son told me I needed to wake him up turned around and walked out of the room without even answering my question. I would give UMC 5 stars if I would have only met with the doctor and front desk ladies. But, the nurses make it a 3.
