  • This facility was not crowded as many urgent care's can be. The staff processed us very quickly and were very polite. They were also able to provide insurance coverage information quickly. My daughter was seen by a Dr. within 20 minutes of wallking in and was treated appropriately for her illness. When I had to make a small change with the medicine, the nurse was very helpful, even when my call came in right at closing time. It is those types of professionalism that matter.
