  • To bad there isn't negative stars. The manager Kristin is a complete wreck. She doesn't know how to treat customers for sure. I checked in online and when I arrived at the salon she "attempted" to check me in. After explaining to her three times that I was there with my mother and brother, she still insisted I was there with my sob and daughter. I attempted one more time to give the names of the 2 other people I was there with, she stuck her hand in my face and told me to shut up. She then proceeded to ask someone else to finish checking us in. If that wasn't enough, when it was finally our turn to get cuts, she skipped my brother for a younger man. After being told that my bro was next in line. She didn't care, she told the younger guy to wait because she didn't want him to "go all ghetto" on her. She insisted that he leave the store or she was going to call the cops on him simply because he said he would rather wait for someone else at that point. I would definitely NOT recommend this place ever.
