  • I wouldn't recommend renting at 1401 Mervin Ave. All apartments are heated by radiator and share the same meter. You cannot control the heat in your apartment and with the extremely warm winters lately, you sweat and literally pay for it. My heat bill was doubled when the avg temp for the month was around 50F. The only way to control the heat is to call in and have maintenance come by and turn down the boiler.
