  • This is the closest "premium" car wash near my house. Today, my windshield wiper broke while in the wash. Okay, not happy but stuff happens. I'm told that they have replacement blades inside. Sorry, I'm certainly not rewarding you with another sale. So far, this isn't what earns the lowest grade. What got my blood boiling is that I'm left looking at a fairly clean car and the guys leave my car to go to the only other car in the drying/cleaning area. No explanation of why I'm watching with my boys for quite some time wondering why I'm being ignored especially after the mistake. You'd think they'd get me going so I'm not standing there wondering why I've spent so much money and now need to spend more on the blade. After a few minutes of nothing being done to my vehicle and nobody telling me why I'm not done, I got in my vehicle and left. I had to clean off the grease pen marks on the window. Save your money and find a place that cares about its customers.
