Went to my first drop-in and took their core cardio class. It was just enough of a workout but not too much where I feel super sore the next day. Good since I haven't worked out in a long time and I'm just now getting back into it. The instructor and members were all really friendly and nice and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and included. They did mention this wasn't the normal instructor and that she is typically a lot harder -- so I lucked out for my first workout :) $5 drop-ins isn't bad at all which is nice if you have another gym membership but want to switch up your routine. Good vibes and overall fun experience so I'll be back to try some other classes real soon!
