  • I had one review removed, so here is a toned down one. Nasty customer service, very, very, extremely rude and accusatory. There are much better places in this same area to chose from that have good service. The guy at the counter accused me of taking back my own zipper tab and asking for another one, I couldn't believe it. He said "that's what you do"! Who the "you" in that's what "you do" is, he was talking about, I can only guess he meant the customers, you know those people who he makes his living off..... I would rather make my own buttons by hand with a chisel than ever set foot in this place again.
