Don't not even hassle with this company. As others said it buffers and skips ahead. I actually just to watch tv after a 12 hour shift grave had to sit on the phone at least 2x a week going through a script that I could recite word by word . And accountability????? What a joke. They always try to say it is on my side and it was my modems which never was the problem, And at the end results as another person states, they charge for equipment before 30 days in which as soon as I was disconnected that same day I went to Fed ex and got a tracking number as well. With that you would assume I covered myself but these people just tell you I cannot find the return call back. When they did find it 2 weeks later and my card was billed for equipment. I was issued a credit 90 days later. Isn't that a loan off my money and I did not even get to -charge them interest. I have no words for these unprofessional people just a warning. And by the way I had Century Link for many years and was a person that auto paid and never late on anything including return of their equipment. So I am not a person that is constantly late with payment and consider myself a great customer on my end just wished these guys did the same. Oh and the 39.99 pkg I was suppose to be on and could take it with me where I went turns out the lowered my speed in the area I moved to and punished me for now running off a lower speed and new pkg so my price went up and my speed went down. Unbelievable. So I went with Cox because the others Direct and Dish go through Century Link to bring in their services so I went with cox because they have no ties with them whatsoever
