  • The customer service was really bad for the 3rd time. In all honesty, I already dislike McDonald's because the quality of food and business ethics are already fails, but then you add that the people that work here basically hate people and it's really the worst. I know that these are franchises and I don't take it lightly that this is someone's business. But, I will likely do everything in my power to avoid this location in the future, even when my children really want this periodically. I do have to give super positive feedback about Zena, though. She was a really pleasant person and came close to saving our most recent visit :) She alone was responsible for an additional star.
