  • The new location store and golf gets 5 stars. Really a better location and I'm sure will bring in much better traffic. But the KISSMAS party meet n greet with Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer was a cluster and gets 1 star at best. They had 2 separate lines for VIP and general. VIP got priority ahead of general which is fine. However there was no time limit and no limit on items signed. So VIP lines would get thru one of the lines then go to the other then go back buy more stuff get back in line again! So general kept getting screwed! I actually complained and honesty I don't think they cared. We paid money to have items signed as well. And they were spending 10 minutes with people. I've done many meet n greets and this was the worst organized one I've ever been to. There was no reason for this. Really really disappointing.
