  • I signed my lease December 10th, 2016 and all these amenities were advertised then. I certainly understand renovations and updates take time, but if this isn't the definition of false advertisement, I need a dictionary. Six months later and it is now June, 17th. The "state of the art fitness center, body inspiration center" still has yet to be opened. The blacktop that was utilized as a children's playground has been torn up, sitting fenced in with the earth over turned, and has been for weeks. As for the relaxing "whirlpool spa" and the "two pools with cabanas," one is filled with bacteria and foreign debris and the other just so happens to be under construction as well, right in time for the summer months. I certainly cannot wait for my mother to arrive this weekend to enjoy these astounding amenities. God forbid anything go wrong inside your apartment. Getting maintenance to come and fix even the smallest of things is worse then pulling teeth. As advertised on themarlowapts.com: Community Amenities State of the art fitness center Children's playground Relaxing whirlpool spa Body inspiration center 2 pools with cabanas Picnic plaza Thank you of the hard work and dedication you have and continue to put into this apartment complex, The Marlow. If there was a way to give this place zero stars, I certainly would. Save yourself the hassle and don't move here.
