I went into the store today to purchase cases for two new phones and see if I could get wireless charging on my new phones. Melissa was very upbeat in showing me all of the accessories and continued to repeat, "Just take it home, you have 14 days to return it." This statement was made well aware through my entire visit and repeated with everything I touched in the store.
Melissa showed me the cases that would fit my phones and showed me the wireless charging doc for that would work with my phone. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I had to take the case off of my phone every single time I wanted to charge it. That would have been great information while I was in store. Instead, it's a store mindset, "take it home even if this doesn't work for you."
The phone experience has turned into a used car dealer mentality.
