Just had a terrible experience at Albertson's. Ganelle, the cashier was ringing me up when I noticed she was having a problem ringing my lamb up. One package was $4.59 and the other was $3.27. Both packages had a $2.00 off coupon on them. Ganelle could not ring the $3.27 package up, so she asked the bagger to hand her back the $4.59 package. Ganelle scanned the $4.59 lamb again. I wasn't sure I saw this correctly, so I looked at my receipt after I paid. I brought this to her attention, but she said she scanned the higher package of lamb twice so I wouldn't have to wait. She stated that I did get $2.00 off each package, so it was alright that she overcharged me $1.32. Ganelle admitted that she purposely overcharged me and if I had a problem with that, I could get the money back at customer service. Beware, cashiers at this Albertson's think nothing of purposely overcharging you and never apologized once. Debra at customer service was very understanding. I returned the lamb and was refunded my money. Thank you Debra, you are the reason I didn't give one star.
