  • This is a beautiful place surrounded by the canyons and lucky us, we were right under the Eclipse moon the night we went! There was also some event downstairs at the hotel so we were also able to see how beautiful this venue would be for an event in the future. We sat outside, which was very nice. Started the meal with the Lobster-Corn Bisque, which was just spectacular-burst of flavors! It's one of those dishes where it's just not enough and you don't want it to end. For the second course, I got the Medallion of New York strip loin chorizo mac & cheese, which was good but after the Lobster-corn bisque, it was hard to impress me at this point. Their steak wasn't anything special but it was very tender. The chorizo mac & cheese on the other hand was another "I don't want to finish this" dish. I got the Warm Stonefruit Cobbler cornmeal with honey ice cream for dessert. It was delicious and I finished it even though I was extremely full from my meal. I'll definitely go back to try the other dishes!
