  • Here's why for the 2 stars: Amenities in room: I'll give you 6 out of 5 for this. Tv, microwave, kitchen sink, dishwasher, fridge, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, stove, washer and dryer, closet, iron and iron board, hairdryer, 2 sinks (one in the bathroom and another on the outside which is really nice), makeup mirror, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and pots and pans. Quality of the room: this will be a -7 out of 5. Yes, negative seven stars because the wall is made out of a piece of paper or cardboard or something because it's paper thin. Even when the next room is wispering, we can hear it. Not to mention when someone snores. They cover it really well though. It looks nice and all, but oh man, it's almost the same as not having the wall. Earplugs recommended. Services (throughout the resort): I'm not going to talk about the front desk yet. That will be another score. Overall, 4.5/5. Everyone (but the front desk) has been nice. The only downside is that they don't have easy access to the housekeeping stuff, so if you choose not to be disturbed, you need to call the front desk and they have to drive their golf carts to drop them off for you. The front desk is located away from all of the rooms (or at least from building 3 to whatever). Front desk: I'd say 2/5. I can see why they don't smile or care as much though because if we need anything, we have to call them. They don't have specific number for housekeeping or other services, so I guess they're overworked. Most of the time when I walk in, there would be only 1 staff. Saw 2 people once. They don't seem to worry about our concerns. I mean, come on, at least pretend to care. Hahaha. Other reviews: facilities look clean. I haven't hit the pool yet so can't review that. Grass is well kept and maintained. Enough lights in the room. Parking is exactly enough. I guess that's all I have for now.
