  • I'm writing this review in hopes that others will read it before wasting their time and money. Sorry for the lengthy review but hoping I can help others avoid the same mistake. I certainly should have read the reviews before going here!! I made my appt a week prior and when I arrived a few minutes early there was NO ONE there, finally 10 minutes after they should have opened, Rocio (then OWNER) pulled up and opened shop, when I came in and asked if she showed my appt, she was clearly not happy that I was there as she walked in. NO apology for the lateness just another 10 minute wait while she made herself coffee.....Then she tells me a it will be an extra $20 because my hair is long (it's an inch past my shoulders) She chose the color without asking if I approved and went on about the applying the mixture. (nothing applied around the forehead, ears or back of the neck to keep the dye from bleeding on the skin) when she finished rinsing the product out she quickly dried the front my hair (bangs) and rang my up while promoting her products at the desk. When I arrived home I still had globs of dye on my forehead and stains from the dye along my forehead and behind my ears. Disgusting! Rocio claims to be in this industry for many years, it certainly doesn't show in her work or attitude. She is unethical, unprofessional and an embarrassment to true hairdressers who truly take the time to make sure their clients are taken care of and happy with the services provided. BEWARE of this place.
