  • Staff is very courteous, however the comfort level was a 4/10 for me. You fully undressed during a massage so it shouldn't be freezing cold like a hospital in there. The beds are really hard like a table and I couldn't find a comfortable position for my face while laying on my stomach. The opening was just awkward. The bed doesn't have a heating option, which would have been really useful for how cold it was in there. I'm a former Massage Envy member and I have to say, they set the bar as far as comfort. If this place invests a little more into more quality beds and facerests and set a comfortable temperature, they would gain a loyal client.
