  • Very nice people . Fast and great service Scott and Kyle willing to go the extra mile to help you with your mechanical issues will go back again . Have to say they are very nice and helpful . But fall short of knowing there tourgue converters . Had a issue with One of their rebuilt transmissions Scott did try to help in every way but had no luck fixing the problem. After further research and a few Deisel shops realized it was the torque converter. Went back and told Scott what my problem was and he refused to believe that was the issue I was having in my truck . Make a long story short. He told me he could rebuild the transmition again for a fair price anyways compared to most transmission shops . Beings it fell short of there mileage warranty by 800 miles it was going to cost me another 2800 dollars :( I wound up purchasing a torque converter from ATS and rebuilding the transmition myself . After carful inspection of all bands and clutch packs and parts or my transmition . I saw no reason to replace any of the components of my transmition other than the torque converter .put it back together with new ATS converter and it works fantastic ! Sent off torque converter core to ATS and they told me that it was bad . Short of coming apart compleaty and destroying the whole transmition . For this reason I'm giving them only 3 stars . For not paying attention to a customer that knows his mechanics and not admitting that there torque converter they put in could have been my problem !
