The repair looks fine, although there was a piece of plastic left inside my door, so when the door was closed you could hear it, didn't they shut the door & hear it themselves? Daniel was very rude, he was more interested in getting his point across than listening to my response. He was very upset that I completed the survey & told the truth that I dropped my car off on Thursday and didn't get a return call until Tuesday, after I called twice. He called me twice within an hour stating I hadn't returned his call, harassment? I spoke with Billy the manager, who says Daniel was a good employee, but I see there are similar comments about him in the same type of situation. Daniel is not a good employee, he is a horrible representative for this company. Billy was apologetic and although the repair seems fine, if he believes Daniel is the standard,,, then it is what it is
