  • The care given by the neuro trama team was exceptional. My nurses, Christine, Kevin, Deborah and Monica in the ICU were textbook cases of exceptional, smart, efficient, comforting care. There was no stone unturned in terms of ensuring my care was the best it could possibly be and I felt like I was in the most capable hands possible. The ER was so busy but they triaged my case and got me into ICU in a reasonable amount of time. I must say that eveyone I encountered was so genuine, kind and helpful. I give the hospital two thumbs up for hiring top people and educating them about customer care. Sure, my doctors were amazing but at the end of the day, my nurses' care, kindness and sincerity are what stick with me. Medical care was superb. Customer care was exceptional and memorable. Bravo to your medical acumen and your insight to understand the importance of hiring and educating employees who hold a penchant for others' well bell being and an inherent sense of compassion and kindness. Bravo!!
