  • I took my iPhone 5 in there about a week ago...even though it wasn't part of their battery recall, my phone was showing all of the signs of one of the recalled batteries. I was quoted $79 to have it changed out, but when I went to pick it up, the "Genius" that worked on it, didn't feel comfortable with charging me the $79, so he treated it just like one of the recalled batteries. He didn't have to do it, but he did... I'm very, very appreciative of that...
