| - Welp! I've been meaning to write a review about this salon for a while! I was a bit on the fence after reading so many up and down reviews about the customer service, but I fell in love with the work that some of the technicians had done on their clients, so I had to check it out for myself.
I actually downloaded the POLISHED app and scheduled my appointment through there. I originally tried to get an appointment with Stormie, but she must've been overbooked, so I just decided that I would take my chances with any of the other technicians and I was instead scheduled with Bobby.
My appointment was in the morning on a week day, and they were totally full! The nail salon is very beautiful and modern which I loved, but it felt a little chaotic being in there to be honest. I noticed the clients were at the nail polish station picking out their colors which was odd to me because I've always picked it out with my nail technician, but I suppose it's because of how busy they are.
(It took about 10 minutes until my nail technician was ready to take me, so I did find it a little bit annoying since I was there on time.)
Bobby wasn't very talkative, but he did concentrate on making sure my acrylics were done the way I wanted them done. I was obsessed with the whole Kylie Jenner coffin style nails, but I wanted them to be subtle. The nail color I had originally picked out wasn't available anymore, but he quickly brought me two different colors that were similar. I was a total klutz and smudged some of the polish on my left hand when I put my hand in the black light nail dryer, but he quickly fixed it. Overall, despite the fact that he wasn't talkative, it wasn't too bad of an experience because my nails were PERFECT. The shape of them were all even and they were the perfect length.
I recommend coming here if you don't mind dishing out the $crillah and want a salon that gets you in and out in a short amount of time. The nail technicians are on a time crunch, so they do ask what you want to get done when you book your appointment. Any sudden extra changes are extra if I'm correct. Don't quote me on that, but I'm certain you can verify on their website.
I do think that Bobby is awesome, though! If it weren't for the fact that this place is so far from me, I would've returned for consistent services. I got so many compliments on my nails and how even they were.
I didn't experience any terrible customer service myself, but simply put, it was fast, minimal conversation, and expensive.
They're definitely very popular, so be aware of how busy they are if you are a walk-in.
