  • Quality keeps going down, prices going up. I have tried crab cakes ( my absolute favorite) at every restaurant in the Valley. Pappadeaux has always had the best I could find. I go here strictly for those! They were lightly fried, large in size,tons of crab with a delectable sauce with bits of crawfish, that made you want to lick the plate. I was just there and their new crab cakes don't even vaguely resemble the former. Deep fried small ball/patties with little taste of crab and a watery sauce with unidentifiable white fish with no taste to it whatsoever. Price went slightly up and these are horrible. No need to go back.
