Horrible customer service. I received several calls to start a 7 day trial that one of my friends gave to me, and I was totally stoked to check it out. I walked in, they told me there was a glitch in the system and I didn't qualify for a trial (THEIR MISTAKE). Then they tried getting me to pay for a one day pass or just start a new membership. They didn't understand that I wanted to TRY it out before committing... manager came up and told me I should just start my membership. Hell to the no... definitely not paying when they are the ones at fault.
I was totally turned off by the way they handle their customers. They are unorganized and not very customer friendly. I received several calls to start my trial period, and each of them were very clear that I could walk in and start my 7 days. When they realized they messed up, I saw how poor their conflict resolution was and lack of sensitivity to their customers.
If you join this gym, I would suggest avoiding the staff, especially the membership advisers. Tell your friends to avoid them too. Just work out and then walk right by them.
