  • Dr Smith is an awesome dermatologist. He is a 5 star doctor, unfortunately his office staff does not return calls nor answer phones and they get only one star! Left several messages due to prescription issues,for several days and no response from his staff, never picked up their office phone and did not call my pharmacy nor call me to help me with my prescription issues. I was unable to get my medication and therefore pointless to get a prescription issued. So, had to make a tough decision and leave this doctor. I've seen other reviews from patients, and hope Dr Smith gets a better staff to improve his practice.
