  • Terrible customer service. Actual movers were great. I should have read all the recent negative reviews! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My move was scheduled for Saturday. I received a call 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival time informing me that the job before mine was grossly underestimated and they needed me to change my move to the next morning. I agreed because it was so late in the day. I was told I would be called with a time later. Come 6pm and I hadn't heard anything so I called dispatch with no response. I finally called Jason. He called me back and I was told 1-3. I said I can't do that. I need morning like I was promised. He called me back again and changed it to 10-12. I reluctantly agreed. It is now moving day 12:30 and I am still waiting for them. I'm told it will be another hour before they arrive. So basically they lied about the earlier time to appease me. I called him out on it and this is what I was told "I do apologize. Many unknowns can cause us to arrive late to jobs especially on super busy full days. If you think this is malicious or intentional, please think not. The team will be there as soon as possible and it should be within 60 mins". I have repeatedly asked for his boss to call me and of coarse I haven't heard from him. So much for customer service!
