| - Zemskov Dance Academy = BEST dance academy!!! My wife studied & performed ballet for 25 years (she was a professional ballerina in NYC 20 years ago) & she is now a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, so when she chose the Zemskov academy for our children it was a weighted decision (including, also, that we reside in Henderson -- where there are dance schools located geographically closer to our residence but it is every bit worth the drive for us to the Zemskov Dance Academy even in rush hour traffic) -- as a FAMILY we LOVE the Zemskov Academy!!! Zemskov has our 5 year old daughter (ballet & tap) & our 12 year old son (hip hop) & after participating in the recent 2017 Spring "Seasons" Recital production (it was of course FABULOUS!), our children excitedly & enthusiastically asked to join more classes! On top of the faculty (including the Zemskov Dance Academy Founder, Dmitri Zemskov, & all of his instructors) being accomplished, acclaimed, talented, experienced & credentialed pros, they are ALL very kind, sweet & caring individuals (the kind of people you WANT to be around & from whom you'd want your children to learn!)! That they SINCERELY CARE about the students AS PEOPLE, the students' progress & progression in methods & striving toward mastery, & the ideals that learning and achievement are rewarding & FUN is evidenced in every possible way that parents could wish for their children -- we could not be more pleased & happy about everything that Dmitri Zemskov & the Zemskov Dance Academy is & does! The Zemskov Dance academy is TRULY family-oriented (all students & parents are immediately welcomed, included, and treated as valued members) & the Zemskov philosophy that the performing arts rejuvenate the human spirit translates to a positive & nurturing environs in class, outside of class, during rehearsal, backstage, & during performances! The studio also provides a non-competitive environment (it is even stated in their Academy literature -- being a non-competitive studio is part of their branding) & we see the non-competitiveness AS AN ADDED BONUS by observing our children in their classes & by having enjoyed the performances at the recent recital! How far a student gets is up to the student (as it should be!) so that a student who is disciplined, committed, motivated & determined to achieve excellence WILL BE MET by the excellence & expertise of the Zemskov faculty! We greatly appreciate that Dmitri Zemskov has founded & created this academy -- we are SO PROUD of the Zemskov Dance Academy & as a family we are so glad to be part of it!
