  • APPALLED! I am appalled at the poor customer service I received in your store today. Actually, it could actually been called discrimination. At 3:00pm today, I entered your Mesa store to purchase a dryer. I received a nod of acknowledgement from the man behind the counter. I proceeded to walk onto your showroom floor and look at dryers. Within 2 minutes an older couple entered the store. The man at the counter greeted them and asked what they were looking for. They said they were looking for a stacking washer and dryer. The man behind the counter offered to get a salesman right out to them. As I looked up from where I was examining dryers, indeed, a salesman hustled out from the office area behind the counter, greeted the couple warmly and started discussing their stackable washer/dryer needs. Really? Really? A single women with money to spend can't get waited on in one of your stores!?! Unacceptable. Discriminatory. And RUDE!
