  • Had a bad experience with my balayage! Never again! They ruined my hair.. I have a brunette auburn color hair and I just wanted some caramel colored balayage which turned out as a total opposite! I even showed them the picture of what I wanted and to my surprise, my balayage turned out as an brassy orange streaked over bleached blonde ombre! Not even close to what I asked them.. I was really trying my best to see if that will work but after a week I really can't stand looking at myself in the mirror and always tying my hair.. So I went back days after to have them fix my hair, Candice did a good job toning it down but after my 2nd time to wash my hair at home, it went back to the brassy cheap color.. I'm Really disappointed. I paid good money to have them make a perfect salon paid coloring but turned out to like a DIY Home hair disaster. It doesn't even look like a salon made it because they damaged and over bleached my healthy brunette hair. I even bought sulfate free shampoo to have it toned down but it didn't help at all. I'm never coming back, they were all nice but I don't think the person that they asked to do the balayage knows what she's doing. Now I have to cash out again and go to a reputable salon to have them fix the damage that was done to my hair. My hair means a lot to me, I've always took care of them and I exactly told Deana that its my first try to have something like this to be done to my hair and now I'm traumatized. Staff were okay but I can't go back to them again and have them do another damage to my hair. I like the staff but the color services, you might want to ask them who's knowledgeable and right person to do hair color services. Just my two cents.
