  • If I want to make a gourmet dinner, where would I go? I could always find it at AJ's. Love their Sushi grade Ahi for poke, blakened or sashimi with wasabi sauce. Although, I could only find Duck Liver Pate when I'm looking for Foie Gras. It will do. When we do have steak, this is the only place where I could find Kobe New York steak! It is delicious. This not my usual grocery shopping place, coz I'd go broke! The pastries are wonderful for that last minute accompaniment with coffee. Chocolate croissant? We met up with a friend for lunch here. I got my nephew and son a huge slice of pepperoni pizza that they shared. My friend and I both got our lunch from the salad bar. That was pretty steep. Do not add your dressing before you pay for it by the pound! Oh well, lesson learned. For dessert, we got 6 mini cupcakes (not from Tammie Coe's). Nothing to rave about. They have great regular coffee. I hope they don't close this one down!
